Ensign Equipments pneumatic gaylord tilt tables are designed to assist in the vacuum unloading of gaylord type containers. The automatic tilting feature allows complete removal of material from the container with little or no assistance from your operator. The adjustable regulator permits setting initial lift at any desired weight. With a variety of gaylord tilt tables that will lift 800#, 1000# and 1400# with only 80psi. air pressure we have all your tilting needs covered. Normal operation is to begin tilting action when the gaylord is around half empty.
Ensign Equipments tilt tables are manufactured with a heavy duty pillow block bearing to ensure smooth controlled pivoting. The seven gauge deck along with its sound structural design make it durable enough to withstand years of abuse.
