We stock standard and built in type J thermocouple cartridge heaters in outside diameters ranging from 1/4" to 3/4". With lengths starting at 1 1/2" in both 120 and 240 volt. Standard heater with 12" swaged-in leads and TC heater with 36" swaged-in leads.

Our Coil Heaters are manufactured with a .130" square cross section heating element. With a maximum operating temperature of 1500 F and built in type J thermocouple. The I.D. of the coil heater is .020" smaller than the nominal diameter.
