Injection Nozzle Adapters are used to convert from the Original Manufactures thread on the end cap to a 7/8-14 female thread to accept standard nozzle tips.

We have nozzle tips in both 1/2" and 3/4" radius with many orifice sizes and lengths to 6" in stock. These replaceable nozzle tips are set up with a 7/8-14 male thread. In both 37 and 45 rockwell hardness.

We have injection Nozzle Bodies made to the manufacture spec. If a nozzle is not in stock or a custom application we have a 1-day turn around time on custom machining. If you do not see what you need call us we can make it. Made in the USA.

We stock 3 pc. Free Flow Screw tips manufactured in H-13 or CPM-9V for many common makes Van Dorn, Milacron, Toyo, and Engel to just list a few. If the OEM you need a tip for is not listed PLEASE CALL we have many sources for screw tips.
