No returns without a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please call for an RA number.
Return freight must be paid for by the customer on any incorrectly ordered items.
The RA number must be clearly displayed on all packages.
All items are subject to inspection before credit will be issued.
A minimum service charge of 15% will be applied to all returned goods.
