Solid State Relays
At Overnite Supply we can help you with your AC rated solid state relays SSR & AC rated solid state contactor SSC needs. Available in 25, 40 & 60 amp current ratings and voltage output of 40-530 VAC. These solid state relays have an operating temp of -40 to +80 C. Solid state relays are available in 2 different firing circuits, "Zero Cross" and "Randon Turn On". Both relays will conduct when a DC voltage from 5-24 volts is applied to the command input terminals. A zero cross SSR has a detection circuit delaying the turn on process until the sine wave is at or close to zero potential thus minimizing electrical noise. A random turn on SSR causes immediate conduction when triggered inside the sine wave. At 60 cycle, 1/2 sine wave is 8.3 milliseconds. So if it is a zero cross or random turn on solid state relay SSR that your process is calling for Overnite Supply has your needs covered.
