Super Ion Air Wipes
Exairs Super Ion Air Wipe provides a uniform 360 degree ionized airstream that is easy to clamp around a part for eliminating static electricity and contaminants. It is ideal for use on pipe, cable, extruded shapes, hose, wire and much more. The Super Ion Air Wipe provides total coverage of the part moving through it. The high volume, high velocity flow attaches itself to the surface and is effective for many feet away from where the unit is mounted. The Super Ion Air Wipe is lightweight and easy to mount using the tapped holes on the back. It can also be held in place with rigid pipe. Coupling brackets that hold each half of the Super Ion Air Wipe together are provided. An additional power supply unit is needed to operate the air wipe.
7162 2" Super Ion Air Wipe is 4 3/4" outside diameter and 2" on the inside diameter. The unit is mounted with the 1/4-20 mounting holes or hard plumbed in place. Compressed air is supplied through a 1/4 NPT female port. Additional power supply required.
