These water flow meters give you instant indication of a blocked circuit. Enlarged water passages maximize water flow to the mold and minimize flow restrictions and pressure drops that can decrease cycle times. These water flow regulators are set up with zone thermometers to show water temperatures returning from the mold so that cooling water temperatures can be adjusted for more reliable molding. The sight glasses of these water flow regulators can be easily cleaned without having to remove them from the housing of the water flow meter which reduces down time.
